Abstract

The article examines digital educational programs and their application in public and private law. The object of the study is the process of digital transformation of legal education, while the subject covers the content, technologies, pedagogical methods, learning outcomes and specific features of these programs in both branches of law. The aim is to identify their theoretical and practical characteristics, compare the tools and directions of their use in public and private law, and propose a structural model for their integration into legal education. The methodology is based on qualitative documentary research, content analysis, comparative method and modeling. The study examines selected digital programs, courses and modules from universities in Ukraine, Europe and Latin America. The results show that public law is mainly oriented toward digital government, electronic administrative services, open data, digital human rights and artificial intelligence in public administration, whereas private law focuses on electronic contracts, e-commerce, digital assets, legaltech, intellectual property and online dispute resolution. The article proposes a model based on a common digital core, sectoral specialization, practical digital tasks, competency-based assessment and ethical reflection.
